Runners declare that they have trained sufficiently for participating in this competition and that they are physically healthy. The organizer and the organizing team have the responsibility for the orderly and safe course of the race: therefore the organizing team, legal bodies, doctors, track marshals and attendants of the refreshment points have to be obeyed. The participants themselves are responsible for violations, the same applies to accidents resulting from non-compliance with these regulations. The participants have to follow the instructions of the police at any time. Vehicles must not be parked on forest trails or in forest areas. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed away at the owner’s expense.
