GENERAL INFORMATION

Card System
All lift tickets are available as hands-free data carriers. Therefore the turnstiles at the mountain lift terminals open automatically. Purchasing the lift ticket you pay a single deposit of Euro 2.00. This deposit will be refunded if the key card is returned in a reusable condition.

Overlapping seasons:
Mixed prices are charged for in-between season ski passes (computerized card system).

Swatch Access: € 60.00

Refund:
Ski passes are only refunded in the event of a sports accident and when the ski pass has been deposited immediately with one of our main ticket offices. The days used, counted from the date of issue to the date of deposit, are not refunded. When the ski pass is deposited by 9:00 am, this day is not counted as a used day. Not the day of the accident is important, but the day and time of deposit. A local doctor's certificate is absolutely required. Ski passes are not exchangeable, transferable, and/or extendable.
No refund for accompanying persons. No replacement passes are issued in event of loss! Ski passes are not refunded or extended in case of bad weather, avalanche hazards, unforeseen departure, discontinued lift operation, closed ski runs etc.

Severe controls:
Persons without a valid lift ticket have to pay a fine (corresponding two full-day tickets). The receipt of this fine is valid as a lift ticket on the same day. According to the general terms and conditions liability is only covered for guests with a valid lift ticket. We reserve the right to bring a charge against offenders.
