Sölden is a synonym for the full force of winter - Renowned for its Alpine Skiing World Cup races and the outstanding quality of slopes for both skiers and snowboarders throughout the winter season. The area boasts 34 ski lifts and gondolas, plus more than 149.5 km of immaculate slopes spread over two ski mountains - Gaislachkogl and Giggijoch - and two ultimate glacier ski areas. Sölden has approx. 3000 inhabitants.

Sölden's ski area offers everything a passionate skier's heart could possibly desire: modern ski lifts, state-of-the-art gondolas, no lift lines! Incomparable BIG3 viewing platforms! Sölden didn't leave it at the modernization of the lifts and gondolas. The arrival at the ski lift's top station has become an experience for all senses to enjoy. The motto is stop, look and enjoy instead of disembark, turn round and set off. Three peaks higher than 3,000m are accessible on skis:
