You access the challenging Harise Trail in Hochsölden. After the sixth hairpin turn on the federal Hochsölden road you fork-off into the single trail leading down to Sölden. The route is very demanding but has also a few flowing parts. Often the surface is wet and slippery. Pay attention to grazing cattle along the route - sometimes they even leave their "traces" on the trail...
