Timmelsjoch
Glacier

Winding mountain roads

The high alpine roads of Ötztal are a truly steep experience: from the valley floor they wind their way up to the glacier areas high above Sölden and from Hochgurgl via Timmelsjoch Pass to South Tyrol. For cars, buses and motorbikes they open up some of Tirol's most scenic panorama views in the snow-free summer months and provide countless starting points for exciting high-altitude hikes.
