Arrival and parking: Access to the house and room/apartment		Well-marked, ground-level disabled parking in front of the house, additional parking spaces in the garage. The wheelchair user can access the reception and restaurant area as well as the room without barriers by taking the elevator from the underground car park.
Other, generally accessible hotel areas:		The entire reception and restaurant area is accessible without steps, a wheelchair accessible elevator is available as well. A publicly accessible toilet fully adapted for disabled guests is available. The sauna area and the heated outdoor pool are accessible without steps; the pool does not have an entry aid but offers a quite helpful platform that makes entering easier.
Room/living area/WC and bathroom:		Spacious room with sufficient maneuvering area. Height of bed 55 cm and mattress 2 cm above the edge. Wheelchair accessible table, wardrobe and coatrack suitable for wheelchair users. Bathroom incl. shower and bathtub and separate toilet fully adapted for wheelchairs. A terrace with enough turning space is available and accessible via a mobile ramp.
Conference rooms and lounge areas:		The hotel has fully accessible conference rooms and lounge areas from which the wheelchair accessible toilet can be reached without steps.
Additional offers in the hotel/surroundings:		Level walking paths can be reached directly from the hotel Aqua Dome thermal spa within easy reach by wheelchair in about 5 minutes
