4 days trend
A westerly current will settle over Middle Europe throughout next week and bad weather fronts will repeatedly head from the Atlantic to the Alps. A first Atlantic front will reach us on Monday. It will bring snow and rain showers. During the day the weather will calm down and the clouds will disperse. More showery weather is expected towards Tuesday and the snow line will sink to the valleys. Heavier snowfalls may occur especially in the areas affected by northerly barrier effects. Towards midweek, the weather will improve, before a further bad weather front with snow showers will approach on Wednesday night. Rather changeable weather is expected throughout the following days, whereby there will be chances for sunny spells. Real winter weather is further not expected.
