Gurgl can be reached again from 17.07.2020 - 22:00 o'clock via Ötztal & as before South Tyrol (Italy). Due to positive developments in the area of the 'Leckgalerie' the road can be opened again. The road is partly only single-lane drivable. A traffic light control was installed.
Just in time for the "second" start of the season, the "Diamond of the Alps" promises hiking pleasure and nature idyll in the midst of the high alpine mountain scenery. The entire alpine summer offer is offered again (including Europe's highest motorcycle museum in the Top Mountain Crosspoint or the Hohe Mut Alm with its fabulous mountain panorama). All summer mountain railways in Gurgl are in operation again. For those who prefer to walk, there is the Piccardwanderung with Ramolhaus and Langtalereckhütte.
