The Gurgl Carat congress center and event center is located amidst the unique Ötztal mountains in the heart of the village of Obergurgl. The extraordinary architecture in the form of a diamond, the ultra-modern technology and the flexible room concept invite you to meet at the highest level. Easy hike ideal for beginners.From the center you walk south to the end of the village. Follow the walking path to Zirben Alm. Walk to the rocky cliff (wayside cross and bench) opposite Nasenwand wall. Keep half-right towards the Alpine rose area leading uphill to Rotmoosache brooklet, a winding trail leads across marshlands and lichen areas to the breathtaking Rotmoos waterfall - nestling in the deep Rotmoosschlucht ravine. A fairly ascending route takes you to Schönwieshütte or, in norther direction, to Gaisberg.
